Make/model/description of scooter(s): 1966 Vespa Allstate 125cc, 2003 Stella 150cc "moded" out.

When and where do you ride: I sold my car so its my only real means of transportation, so when ever the weather permits, (and sometimes it when it
doesn't), and pretty much everywhere it will take me.

Longest Ride: Most likely 55/60 miles to scooter centrale from western, mass, or Windsor locks to new haven, what ever is further.

How and Why did you get into scooting: Got super into the mod scene years ago and just thought that scooters looked like the coolest things in the world, especially with all the chrome, mirrors and lights. Tried to buy one (my allstate) off an old guy that lived down the street, he wouldn’t budge, 6 years later its my first scoot!

What's in your scooters glove box/stow area: Cable and lock, oil, sunglasses, gloves, registration, comb (any proper mod is never without one!), bungee cords. Basic tool kit.

Favorite Ride: That’s really tough. My allstate was my first love, but my Stella handles totally different (better). The jury is out on this one.

Other Vehicles besides the scoot: Fiancé's 02 VW Jetta, in the process of maybe putting a 87 VW Vanagon on the road.

 

Favorite Band(s): The Who, The Faces, Small Faces, Rod Stewart, Johnny Cash. The list goes on....

The Last CD/DL/whatever did you buy: My friends band The A.K.A.s, “Everybody Make Some Noise”. I used to play bass in that band.

Any Tats: Too many to count and still going!

Favorite Alcoholic Drink: Dirty Martini no vermouth, Gin and Tonic, Whiskey. (it all depends on the mood)

Favorite Non-Alcoholic Drink: Wawa Lemonade Ice Tea, Vitamin Water.

What’s the craziest/stupidest thing you have ever done? Another tough one, there are many things to choose from! Took rent money and bought a guitar instead, ( I don’t live there anymore). Held a koala bear and fed kangaroos.. Sailed a sailboat around the Auckland harbor. Travel around the world in 17 days.

Explain yourself in a couple of sentences: I’m never home. I love The Who. I never get to do as many scooter related things as I would like. I’m a mod, I’m a punk, my head is filled with junk. I drink a lot, and I mean a lot, of coffee.
